Players, preferences, and emerging dynamics

Major players in Slovenia are Triglav Skladi, with approximately 1.476 million euro assets under management (AUM) and NLB Skladi with approximately 2.742 million euro AuM.

Raiffeisen Capital Management's assets currently amount to around 184 million euro (130 million euro retail and 54 million euro institutional) as of July 2024. Furthermore, Nova KBM (as the exclusive partner of Raiffeisen Capital Management in Slovenia) offers funds from various providers.

As of the end of August 2024, 5.718 million euro AUM was invested into Slovenian funds (local AMC). The preference for fund categories as of August 2024 indicates a substantial allocation, with 70% in equity funds, 21% in mixed funds, 6% in bond funds, and 3% in money market funds and having a total of about 550,000 investors. All local asset management company funds in Slovenia adhere to UCITS* regulations.
