The financial industry is still largely dominated by men. Although Raiffeisen Capital Management has a very high share of women among its managers and overall staff, we want to continue to push the topic of diversity and gender equality.

To this end, an event called Womanpower was held on 20 May in the afternoon where we gave 20 young women (from 17 to 23 years old) the opportunity to experience up close and personal what it is like to work at an asset management company and thus to get acquainted with the many different occupational fields in the fund industry. It was a complete success from Raiffeisen Capital Management’s perspective, and the young women also enjoyed themselves.
